French Wine has a November Expiration Date-Good to know!

I came across this Washington Post article on French wine and this was something that I found interesting. Apparently, French wine has to be sold before the third Thursday in November, by law. This is great to know when booking spa parties and other events in November. You will definitely come out cheaper serving a French wine for your in-home spa party. Just FYI to all my fabulous ladies! Read on for the article...

As Wednesday night turns into Thursday morning around the world, millions of bottles of a French wine called Beaujolais nouveau will be uncorked. It's not because this young, fruity vintage is particularly fantastic, but because, according to French law, it cannot be sold before the third Thursday in November.

This, mes amis, is a great excuse for a party, full of wine, dancing and Francophile fun.
